Hello Fellow Celiacs,
I will soon be traveling to France (Paris) and Germany (Bingen,
Koblenz, Mannheim, and Colonge).... It will be a short trip.

Do you have any advice on traveling there and where to go when I'm
there for good, safe gluten free eats? Restaurant suggestions?
Specific Safe foods to eat in Germany? I know to steer clear of the beer...

I do not speak French or German, but do have french and german dining cards.

I am trying to get as much info before I travel that I can. I know to
travel with snacks for the flight.... but I am open to any suggestions
that you may have from your own travels there.
