Hello again, gang.

I think of myself as of fairly stout mental stuff.
I have quit smoking (12.5 years ago after 19 years).
I kicked the 5-mugs-by-lunch caffeine addiction.

I have been through some mighty withdrawal......
but, after feeling absolutely powerful yesterday,
this morning and this evening I feel like just sitting down and crying.
I had noticed a great depression relief when I first got off the wheat 5
weeks ago (although I had not connected one to the other at the time).
After being a lot better,
I am beside myself with this desire to curl up in a ball and wimper.....

Anyone with a similar experience?

Thanks for your support.
