I use Old El Paso Taco Mix and Enchilada Sauce Mix. The ingredients
appear to be gluten-free and we have not reacted to them at all. Please
note (particularly for those Americans living in Great Britain, craving
good old Tex Mex foods) Old El Paso brands are generally available in
England and Wales, according to my in-laws.
