I posted this same question a couple of years ago and didn't get any 
responses - I am hoping someone may have something to share this time 
around?  

We are staying near Kiva Dunes in Gulf Shores, AL next week and I would 
like to make only one trip to the grocery store.  Does anyone have 
expereince with the grocery stores in the area?  Bruno's? Winn Dixie? 
Walmart? Others? I am pretty experienced with making gluten free meals 
from regular grocery store items, but it would be easier if one of the 
local stores had a nice selection of natural foods, high quality meats and 
good produce.

Anyone have experience in the Gulf Shores area?
