Someone just asked about these and I just got this reply from the company
yesterday so here you go.


Hello Michelle, 

Thank you for inquiring about our McCann's Instant Oatmeal.  It is always
good to hear from customers that enjoy our products.   

I spoke with the people on our Research and Development Team and they
assured me that there is not any wheat, rye or barley gluten in any of the
McCann's Instant Oatmeal.  This includes all natural flavors and
ingredients.
