Hi all!

The Celiac Community in my area is growing by leaps and bounds. Many of the newly diagnosed are busy working people who do not have the time to bake. I was wondering if any of you have any information on starting a small business from home. I am looking into beginning a Gluten Free Bakery. Does anyone have information on laws governing something like this? Is it possible to do this legally from home? Are their any licenses, permits, or certificates required? Any information you have would be greatly appreciated. I am a Texas, USA resident.
Thanks,
Cecilia, TX
