Thanks so much to ALL OF YOU! You cannot know how much you have helped
(well maybe you do). I went ahead and sent off a sample to UMD for
testing. I will have to wait at least a month to get the results.

Most responses were that I definitely have it.

Many suggested the blood test & to see a GI (I have no insurance so I
opted just for the test for now)

A few people told me I should not even bother with the test and I
shouldn't have even gone back on wheat for the short challenge due to
possible additional damage and cancer risks.

Regarding the DH issues many were happy to hear that they were not alone
with the hive like or "non-standard reactions" as they have experienced
them too.

One person suggested maybe I only had a wheat allergy.

As far as the info on Diarrhea, I've had two thank you responses and one
perosn reminded me that all Celiacs do not have diarrhea.

Again - thanks you so much. I am so glad to have finally found the right
place. I am GF again as of yesterday and still recuperating from the
challenge. God willing, I will have a speedy recovery from the many
years of damage that has been don to my intestines. Now I just need God
to help me forgive those blasted Doctors who have their heads up their
butt - who knows maybe that way they can diagnose themselves!

Love,
Angie
