The HFS I go to has great cookies made with egg whites, sugar, either
cocoa or macaroon paste (What's macaroon paste?), and almonds. I'm
horrid with making up recipes, so I was wondering if anyone had a recipe
that these cookies might resemble....

Also, I'm having terrible trouble with candidiasis, which some people
sort of link to CD, so I was wondering if anyone knows where I could get
*sound* medical info about "systemic yeast" or yeast immunosensitivity,
and about yeast's relation to CD. My DO says there's no way I could be
having "systemic yeast" because I don't have lung invasion, which would
place me in the hospital ICU if I had it. Please, no commercial links
trying to sell me all kinds of bottles of stuff, I need things I can
take back to my DR.
