The last time I was in Trader Joe's I noticed on their gf product list the David Glass Ultimate Chocolate Truffle Cake.  It's in the frozen dessert section.  We took one home and it was really good, and nice to have a gluten free 'cake' that was pre-made!  Really rich & yummy.  He does have a website you can order from, but the cake is $12.98 there and only $5.99 at TJ's.
