This is a reminder that the CELIAC list is not a forum where flaming is
allowed.  The recent discussions on preparation of GF food from scratch have
included some unnecessary personal criticism.  One may strongly disagree with
another person's point of view, that is fine to express in a dignified fashion
-- but disagree with the issue, don't attack the person, please.
