We will be in Amsterdam next month.  Friends of ours tell us we must eat
at an Indonesian Rijsttafel.   Naturally they have no clue about Celiac
Disease (not being critical, I would have had no clue 7 years ago!)  Has
anyone enjoyed eating at an Indonesian Rijsttafel?  Had trouble there?
Did the wait staff have a clue about wheat intolerance?  Any restaurant
in particular that you would recommend?  Thanks in advance.
