Hi all,

I received two responses to my question on whether OsteoProCare is
GF. It is! And I have started to take it.. There are no apparent
reactions. It is a natural product, marketed by my chiropractor. It
tastes delicious, and I had to keep myself from taking more than the
recommended dosage! I plan to try it for several months before my
next bone density test.

One of the respondents mentioned natural progesterone. That is
another option, which I had taken for a few years. There seems to be
no bone density improvement in my case.

Here are the replies. One offering a FAQ section of the
manufacturer's web site:
According to their FAQ, all LifeForce products are GF.
Go to
<https://lifeforce.net/pdfs/international/faqs/productfaq.pdf>https://lifeforce.net/pdfs/international/faqs/productfaq.pdf

On page 12 of the document, it's the third question

Another gave an option for taking progesterone for our bones:

What Your Doctor May NOT Tell You About Menopause" by John R. Lee, M.D., a
book which provides information about hormones--estrogen stops bone loss;
progesterone rebuilds bone. Full of extraordinarily valuable health
information
