"Gluten Free and Healthy!  How to Avoid Common Nutrition Pitfalls of Gluten
Free Eating"

 

Saturday, April 18, 2009, l0 A.M. - Noon

Concord Hospital, Pleasant Street, Concord, NH

3rd Floor, Conference Room A

 

You are cordially invited to join our spring meeting for a presentation and
Q&A with Hilary Warner, MPH, RD, LD.  She is a Registered and Licensed
Dietitian who has a private practice in Concord, NH - Nutrition Works! LLC.
The gluten free diet is one of her specialties.

 

10:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. Greet, Meet and Eat, without Wheat!  Gluten-free
snacks (and recipes), drinks and social time

10:30 a.m. - 11:45 a.m. Presentation and Q&A

11:45 a.m. - Noon         Raffle and mingle time.

 

Find out where the gluten free diet comes up short nutritionally and what
steps you can take to make sure your meals and snacks are doing their part
to help you achieve optimal health and wellness.  Everyone who has an
interest in celiac disease or gluten intolerance is welcome-those with the
disease/intolerance, family members, friends, and those in the medical and
dietary fields.

 

CPE credits for dietitians have been applied for, for the presentation. If
approved, $10 will be required for the certificate. 

 

This program is FREE of charge, but donations will be accepted to help
defray costs.

Directions: Route 89 to Exit 2 - "Route 13/Clinton Street".  Head north on
Route 13/Clinton Street. Take first left onto the Langley Parkway. Continue
straight through lights.  Take the first right driveway to the new main
Hospital entrance.  Take elevator at right to the 3rd floor.   We'll meet in
Conference Room A.
