In celebration of Celiac Disease Awareness Month, the Gluten Intolerance Group is partnering with the Gluten & Allergen Free Expo to bring an impressive line of speakers to Atlanta THIS WEEKEND! See the following speakers on Saturday, May 17 at the Cobb Galleria in Atlanta, GA.  
7 National speakers:Alessio Fasano - Mass General, Celiac Disease extraordinaire, Carol Fenster - outstanding cookbook author, Cathy Breedon - an energetic dietitian from Fargo, ND, Ted Malahias - dentist who will show you all the dental defects from celiac disease, Sara Vollmer - a celiac with a sense of humor, Oonagh Williams - classically trained chef with recipes and samples for you and Cynthia Rudert - gastroenterologist from Atlanta that is all southern charm
