Does anyone know of a safe enzyme to take when we have a celiac attack? I heard of something awhile back, but don't know what is the most prevalent product.

If you do know, please indicate if you know of any prescription drugs that it would interact with, since I'm on the typical kinds of stuff a middle-aged woman would be on.

Also, where do you purchase the enzyme?

I was inadvertantly given a meal with wheat-gluten in a restaurant today...despite very thorough explanations by me and the person I dined with. Apologies from the management won't help off-set the reaction.

Thank you.
