I appreciate the responses on mayo and ketchup. In summary:
Hellman's (Best Foods) 800-338-8831 mayonnaise: real, light, and cholesterol
free are GF.  Dijonaise mustard is GF.
Heinz, Del Monte, Hanover and Muir Glen Ketchups are GF.
Also: McKenney tabasco sauce
      Spin Blend salad dressing
      Dukes Reduced calorie and regular salad dressing
are gluten-free.
The kids are particularly happy about this and this makes me happy.
