Just "FYI". I did receive a message back from Olive Garden regarding my reply to them. It is attached. Thank you all for replying with your comments.

One person said they had recently eaten at Olive Garden and had the salmon platter; grilled, plain. She said the staff there was helpful.

Another person forwarded a wonderful website which reproduces recipes from well known restaurants. The website is www.copycat.com. The recipes will have to be converted to GF.

Another person recommended the GF menus at the following restaurants. www.outback.com , www.carrabbas.com , www.bonefishgrill.com

Thanks to all.

Dear Mary:

Thank you for getting in touch with us again.

We appreciate your desire to know which menu items may be appropriate for a Gluten Intolerant diet. At this time, Olive Garden does not have that information available. We are currently in the process of developing this information and will be happy to share it with you when it becomes available.

In the meantime, with the highest regard for your health and safety, we are unable to guarantee that any of our menu items are completely free of glutens and safe for you. Your inquiry has been documented and we will contact you when we are able to offer some suggestions.
