Thank you to all who responded to my plea. In summary, a couple of folks told me to check out (1) diabetic Newsletter, & (2) an article by Cynthia Kupper, someone else said low carb & get on insulin that pills didn't work, someone else suggested that fruit & lentils like chili beans (works for her Dad), & made other food suggestions, one gal has been diabetic 45 years, & just told me to contact her anytime with questions, etc. Someone else said they have to eat every 2 to 4 hours, another person was just offering her advice on sugar levels, BUT>>> the majority of folks said see your Dr. or endocrinologist.
I saw my Dr. yesterday, & hopefully have meds straightened out now.
Once again, thank you so much.
You folks are the greatest!!!!
Donna/Florida
