As to the question if Oats are gluten free or not:

Yes- No- Maybe so
If in doubt, leave it out!
The jury is still out on this one.
More focused medical/scientific study is needed-
The problem is find a study group who is:
confirmed Celiac
on the GF diet long enough to get clean blood/biopsy tests (no gluten
antibodies/gut damage)
doing blood & biopsy tests after consuming oats/ yet not consuming other
glutens (intentional or not) so as to get concise results.
Some folks react others do not.


Anyone know of a pure oat source?
