I usually "don't cook it if I can't eat it."  Neither do I order by mail.
I figure if I have a craving on Tuesday, it does not make much sense to
wait a week to satisfy it.

I haven't eaten bread  in years.
I keep reading about all the "bread machines". When my Mom made "regular
folks'" bread, she did it by hand with a lot of kneading and punching,
etc.

Can't Celiac/DH breads be made by hand? Sounds to me as if the procedure
would get rid of aggressions while providing a foodstuff.

Just wondering as usual.
