Hello Everyone,

I know this isn't the holiday for kugels (Jewish noodle pudding) but I have been so hungry for it, that I would really like to make one.

I did try adapting a couple of recipes from my mom and my sister-in-law (one was sweet, the other wasn't) and they lacked something. Like flavor!!!! (when made "normal" they are wonderful, from what I remember)

If anybody has tried making one and has had success please send me the recipe. I'd really appreciate it....NOTHING WITH NUTS OR RAISINS if possible...I know this is asking a lot....
