This recipe sounds impossible...but it is impossibly easy and good. A
friend sent me his version of the old dump cake recipe and with a few gf
twists and turns, here is my version.

Peachy Dump Cake
1 can peach pie filling
1 20 oz can cling peaches, coarsely chopped
1 gf yellow cake mix
1 cup walnuts
1 teas cinnamon
1 stick butter, cut into thin slices

Grease a 9x13 baking pan with Crisco...set aside Pour pie filling into
bottom of pan. Pour peaches and syrup on top. Dust with cinnamon.
Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly on top. Arrange butter on top.

Bake in a preheated 350 oven for 45 min or until golden and bubbly.
Let cool slightly and top with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.

[note: you read the instructions correctly...just pour eveything in
layers into pan. DO NOT STIR, COMBINE OR MIX. Cake will resemble a
cobbler. If you cannot find a pie filling to your liking, you can sub.
a total of 2 cans of fruit in heavy syrup--I don't think the thin syrups
will work as well]

Feel free to vary pie fillings and fruit with the seasons.
