I forgot to mention in my summary post on NOW xanthan gum that one
person said she uses pectin instead of xanthan gum.  I purchased some
Ball 100% natural Fruit Jell Pectin today.  Its ingredients are:
Dextrose, Fruit Pectin, Citric Acid.  I thought the dextrose was the
questionable ingredient.  Has anybody checked on this??
