Hi,

Can anyone tell me if a high fever is a symptom of gluten poisoning?

My son has been GF for over a year, he was asymptomatic before DX.
He had a chef preparing all of his meals (which I reviewed and
approved) this past weekend for a special event. On Sunday night he
was awakened with stomach cramps and loose stools.. none after
that. Then last night he spiked a fever of 102.
