apparently the listserv didn't like that I copied some of the listers
responses, so here goes again.

several people eat green vegetables and parsley and feel that is sufficient.
several listers take vitamin k2 and vitamin d3.
1 person recommended the following web sites
*gotmag.org/magnesium-deficincy-101
<http://gotmag.org/magnesium-deficincy-101>* as well as
*stopthethyroidmad*ness.com
1 person suggested asking my GP or Gastro Dr. - which-- I had already
tried and this was non-productive.
Many medical articles refer to the severe nutritional deficiencies suffered
by people with celiac disease and I personally have experienced many other
auto-immune diseases as a result of lack of attention by medical doctors
to my nutritional needs & deficiencies. I have been a diagnosed celiac
for 11 yrs. and prior to that was a "failure to thrive" child & adult.
I personally prefer the article I found at mercola.com "What you need to
know about Vitamin K2, D and Calcium" -- the article was dated December
16, 2012. I have never been misled at this website yet
Best wishes to all --- Mary in MI
