This is a regional burger chain found in DC and Virginia.  The burgers are 
100% ground beef, the fried onions and mushrooms have no seasonings, and 
the fries are fresh cut potatoes cooked in peanut oil with no seasonings.  
They have no breaded products to contaminate the friers. Excellent burger 
and fry joint.
