Hello Everyone,
Just looking for guidance or advice. I have been gluten-free for since 2003
and for the last year dairy/sugar free also. This has made a wonderful
improvement in my health; however, I have one lingering uncomfortable
problem. I have serious reflux and a hiatal hernia. I think all the years
of vomiting prior to be diagnosed Celiac could have caused my hiatal hernia
problems. I understand surgery is an option but does not always work, and
the hiatal hernia can redevelop. I have developed a small knot at the
sternum/breastbone center...this is also the area that hurts quite a bit
about 5-10 minutes every time I eat. Any thoughts suggestions would be
greatly appreciated. I had heard about a technique where a naturopath or
chiropractor could put the hernia back in place..?

Thanks,
Kenny
