We also have GF wafers available at St. Paul's Episcopal Cathedral in Oklahoma City and at St. John's Episcopal Church in Norman, Oklahoma.  At the Cathedral, the wafers are the soy wafers from Ener-G and they are available at the Eagle station.    There are "GF" emblems available in the narthex for people to wear so the priest knows to offer the GF wafer.

  In Norman, I make a wafer with rice, salt, and coconut oil.  At present, the priest (Fr. Helt) recognizes those of us who take GF communion.  Visitors could speak to one of the clergy before the service, or just indicate at the altar that you need the gluten-free wafer.  Ours are the ones in the clear glass cylinder.

  Communion is open in the Episcopal church, as well.
