Hi Here is what people wrote to me:

some canned hams that are G/F

I would probably be easier to read the labels on the brands in your store
to find a g.f. one, if possible, rather than hunt around for a specific
g.f. brand some/every-where else.

The USDA handles labeling of meats and changed their regs. in the early
1990s to eliminate hidden proteins. You can find specificiations online at
http://www.fsis.usda.gov/Help/FAQs_Flavorings/index.asp#1

Plumrose, Boar's Head Sweet Head in the Plastic not the Can, Boar's Head

Thank you all for your help. Linda
