I just got "The Baker's Catalogue" for April 2002.  They now have
five Gluten-Free Pantry Mixes (page 35).  There is a short note about
the mixes and about Ginger--a 16 year old who is the "Queen of
Gluten-Free
Cuisine here at King Arthur!"  Ginger has celiac disease.

Thanks to Ginger and to those who have called about the GF status of
their products (previous post or posts).  The mixes are listed on the
