My friend who's daughter is celiac turned me on to these. My daughters,
especially my non-celiac, love them! They are easy to make and a good way to
sneak an egg into your kids...

To make these delicious and fresh tasting noodles you must first travel to
your nearest cooking store and buy a spaetzle noodle maker. They cost about
$7.00 and look like a flat cheese grater.

You can make the batter while boiling the water:

1 c. GF Blend
2 eggs
1/2 c. water, milk, or buttermilk
1/2 tsp xanthum gum

Follow the instructions on the noodle maker box and enjoy!!!

These really are very very good!!!!!
