I have an odd question. I tried the gluten free (tell the salad maker that
you’re gf!) tuna bean salad at Honey Grow today. (It’s a healthy, local
farm to table salad, stir fry place...skip the stir fry!)

They were very careful. But their forks are biodegradable, and I wonder if
they’re made from wheat. I’ve heard for years that wheat starch is safe.
Does anyone know about their forks or the safety of wheat starch flatware
and dishes?
