Although I tend to make things more difficult (as in the very very long url 
name), I'm so glad Susan made a very simple and easy cookbook! I made the 
cheese cake recipe this past weekend and it was sooo easy to make and 
simply delicious.  I made little cupcake cheesecakes (baked for 35 mins) 
and I can stop eating them... this could be dangerous...:>)
