Hidradenitis Suppurativa (HS) is an auto-immune illness with no known cure.  
To put it simply it is stopped up sweat glands.

A friend of mine has just been diagnosed with this condition.  She is about 56 
years old, has been GF/DF for about 6 months, is an ideal weight, exercises 
and eats a very healthy diet.  She has osteoporosis and has been able to 
discontinue the pain meds for that because since going GF/DF she no longer 
has bone pain.

Is there anyone else out there that has been diagnosed with this or knows 
someone that has it?  Would you please forward your experiences?  I will 
summarize.  Thank you so much for any information that you can provide.
