4-6 oz. boneless pork chop
3 oz. tomato juice
2 teaspoons honey    1 teaspoon Maille dijon mustard
1 clove garlic
1/4  onion sliced vertically
1/2 green pepper
1 tablespoon almond flour (ground almonds)
1 tablespoon vegetable or olive oil

Preheat oven to 350.
Heat a skillet and add oil.  Sauté garlic, onion and green pepper. Add
chop, brown on each side  for five minutes. Mix juice, honey and
mustard.  Spread almond flour on top of chop. Add juice mix and spoon
some on top . Bake uncovered for 45 minutes.
