We wanted to set the record straight on a earlier post regarding a story in Gluten-Free Living.

Our story was about the new gluten-free Rice Chex not Crispix.

The story said Rice Chex was reformulated to replace malt flavoring with molasses so  it could be labeled "gluten free." The new Rice Chex is being tested to the 20 parts per million proposed as a standard for gluten free labeling.

Look for updates on malt and labeling in the our next issue.
