Hi, Listmates.

Does anyone know of a support list for people with multiple and varied autoimmune conditions? I'm having a struggle with my recurring fatigue, am researching the causes and what I can do to help myself. (FYI: I am very strict about gf (2 1/2 yrs.) and maintain a gf house, and many times when I'm out for the day, I take my own gf food, so I really do not believe it is the gluten any longer. Sometimes a day of fatigue comes out of the blue, other times I know that when I spend one day on the go, seeming with plenty of energy, the next day I will spend dragging around tired and in the pits. Most afternoons I can't think. I do have hypothyroid and am on Synthoid and have that monitored, and I'm to see a specialist about Sjogren's Syndrome in May.)

Thanks in advance.
