I have celiac and  also can't have dairy.  Why then can we have butter and
cream?  I have been told  I can have both even though I can't have milk,
cheese etc.  Sounds great to me and it has been explained to me, but I never
see it written in any of the celiac groups info.  Can you direct me to
somewhere I can read about it????
