Listmates,

Thanks for all the input to my question over grilling with Pam Olive oil spray. 
The responses were in three main categories: Pam spray issues, contamination 
from the grill, and possible bad food.

Pam spray-
    1) Pam spray with olive oil contains gluten! 
    2) Other Pam sprays are OK to some people but others still have problems.
    3) Watch out for soy lecithin reaction.

Gas Grill-
    1) Charcoal grilling causes Gluten reactions. Gas grilling should be fine.
    2) Possible bacteria/grease from the grill.  Always wrap your food in foil 
before grilling.
    
Possible bad food-    
    1) Check for expired meats and cooking products.
    2) Was there something else eaten that caused reation?
