Dear All,

Just read a posting concerning a big staple in my
menu....Rice cakes! Only last week I called Quaker to
confirm that the new "cripsy minis" are GF. She went into
great detail explaining that ALL of the rice cake products
ARE GF! I hope upon hope that this is true as right now I
am struggling trying to pinpoint what boo boo I am making
since I am having symtoms for the last week indicating that
I am ingesting something unknowingly. Surprisingly, I
have't been eating rice cakes the last couple of weeks.
Normally I eat them with Peanut butter before I head to the
gym in the morning but I have been eating bananas instead.

My information is that this product is fine but it has been
inferred that the company is having a problem admitting that
the product contains some gluten. I am curious to see what
the fallout is but honestly in this case I don't believe
there is a problem. If there is I am sure it will only be
with the caramel flavor.
