Thank you to everyone who replied to my post.

In summary:

- Smokin' Lil's, Strong Ave., Northampton - good GF barbecue (pulled pork dinner is great) GF menu available upon request
- Eastside Grill in Northampton
- Atkins Market in the Hadley/South Amherst area (Route 116).  You can eat there as well as purchase GF food.
- Whole Foods in Hadley/Amherst area:  You can eat there as well as buy GF food.
- Easy to get a GF meal, most restaurants are very accommodating, just specify the preparation and what you can't have, etc.
- Montana's Steakhouse
- Zoes Fish & Chop House in Easthampton
- Taipei Tokyo, All Fired Up, and Pasta Palace in Hadley
