The one person I know that had colon cancer (at around age 50) was a celiac
when an infant (according to his mother), but he considers himself to no
longer have it. He took part in a colon cancer survey and didn't even bother
to note his prior CD. He was overweight at the time of the colon operation
and would not be thought of as having CD. His colon cancer was discovered
when he had appendicitis.
