I have just had a very postive experience at the Sheraton Chicago while
residing there for a conference.  I was treated like royalty after
explaining the dietary restrictions with celiac disease.  I highly recommend
the Riverside resturant and that you request Chef Jack.  He is great and
creates many GF culinary delights.
