Well, I really made a mistake by not including phone numbers, website

Melrose Made Gourmet has these fantastic vegetable side dishes, which
are gf. My favorite is the vegetable souffle.

Taste Adventure makes shelf stable soups that you only add water to and
either microwave or simmer for under 10 minutes. They state on the
container that they are gf. As I mentioned in the previous post, they
are really good to take on trips.
