I don't know what experiences others have had at Bonefish Grill restaurants, but I just got back from my first dinner at a nearby Bonefish Grill in the Kentlands, in Gaithersburg, Maryland. The food was delicious, but I will never go back. They have a gf menu, so usually that means my son and I can relax. We ordered the caesar salad, which arrived with regular croutons. Many apologies and a fresh salad without croutons arrived. Then, the GF menu says the vegetables they garnish the plates with are gf except for the zucchini (for some reason). Both our plates arrived with zucchini -- we salvaged my son's steak and they replated our food, leaving off what had touched the zucchini. The manager came over to apologize (big deal). Bottom line, we have no trust in the restaurant. Neither my son nor I get symptoms (that we know of, I guess that could change over time) so we probably won't really know how bad we were glutened, if we were. Some of you are very sensitive and I wante
d to let you know that that Bonefish is not reliable. We certainly won't be going back.

Jeanne
