I keep my bread--here in NM where humidity is a great big 4 (four)
percent--wrapped loosely in waxed paper in a breadbox with holes in it. If
it's going to be stored more than 3 days, I slice or break it up and freeze
it. Thaw it at about 50% power in the microwave, and it doesn't get chewy!
