Thank you to everyone who responded. I received this answer this morning from Jamestown Sausage:

Terri, there is no gluten in any of our fresh sausage products.

I hope this information is helpful. We thank you for choosing Smithfield. Our best wishes to you and your family for a Happy Thanksgiving.

I then called Bob Evans ( the phone number provided by a listmate) and was told all of their fresh sausages are gluten free and prepared in a separate facility. The only ones to watch out for are their precooked sausages. He said even the spiced sausages are gluten free. I noted Bob Evans does have MSG in their ingredients and Jamestown does not, if that makes a difference to anyone.
Happy Thanksgiving!
