G.F. Cucina's Restaurant Joins CSA Recognition Seal Program G.F.
Cucina's a restaurant located in Sterling Heights, Michigan, has recently completed the requirements to qualify for the Celiac Sprue Association's Recognition Seal Program. The use of the CSA five crossed grain Seal on menu items means that G.F. Cucina's has agreed to adhere to CSA's standards in representing these items to be free of wheat, barley, rye and oats (WBRO), their derivatives and crosses in product, processing or packaging.
G.F. Cucina's is a dedicated gluten-free restaurant offering a variety of entrees and side dishes. All dishes are made entirely from scratch. Diners may enjoy salads, soups, Italian entrees, pizza, calzones, and comfort food classics such as chicken strips, BBQ and Buffalo Wings, and meatloaf. A children's menu is also available. G.F. Cucina's is open Tuesday through Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. at 37867 Mound Road in Sterling Heights. In addition to dining in, G.F. January 1, 2009 My daughter picked up a bag of Domata at the Celiac night at the Wachovia Center in Philly, and it is wonderful. Not only are all the cookies that I baked a few days before Christmas still fresh and delicious but for the first time ever I was able to make a pasta called "capelletti" for our soup on Christmas day. It truly is a "gift from God" and I am anxious to try more recipes soon. Kathy Bennett

November 29, 2008 There is no doubt about it the Domata Flour is the best. I bought your flour and made my bread and it was great. But just to make sure I made the recipe with the old flours and it didn't have the same bread taste. I have not tried other recipes yet but plan on baking a number of cookies for Xmas and this time I think they will turn out!!! Thank you Sue P.S. my daughter and grandson loved the bread as well.
