Thank you to all list members who responded about Dippin Dots Ice Cream. The 
responses were mixed. Some responded yes they are gf and others said no they 
are not gf. Today I received this response from the company.

Thank you for your inquiry.  The base mixes used by Dippin' Dots are 
formulated to be gluten free.  However, the companies that supply us with our 
flavorings do produce other products that may contain gluten allowing the 
possibility of cross contamination with our flavors.  Because of this, we do 
not declare our product to be gluten free.  We are currently working with the 
flavoring companies to insure complete isolation of our flavorings for this 
purpose.
