In February of 2002 I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease, and the following
December my teenage brother was also diagnosed with CD. While I had
adjusted to the Gluten-Free diet, my brother was very discouraged with the
GF diet. He was focusing on the food he couldn’t eat instead of focusing
on the food he could eat. Thus, I created Gluten-Free lists, which gave
my brother a wider variety of GF food to eat. He was so pleased with the
GF lists, that I decided to offer them to other Celiacs. The Gluten-Free
Lists (U.S. only) include the following:

1) Gluten-Free Food & Beverage List: 14 pages w/ OVER 115 companies
2) Gluten-Free Restaurant List: 4 pages w/ OVER 20 companies
3) Gluten-Free Medication & Nutrition List: 2 pages w/ OVER 20 companies
& “How to Check Medication for Gluten” Reference Sheet for Pharmacists
